Unifor Local 1285 Banquet Hall is the ideal setting for your next event. With modern decor and a spacious hall setting, we can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 250 people. Ample parking is available on the premises.
When booking our hall, a 50% non-refundable deposit, a refundable $500 security deposit plus a signed contract are required in order to secure your date.
Final payment is required at least 2 weeks prior to your event. If you are serving liquor, you are required to apply for a liquor license and submit a copy to our office along with final payment.
Final call for the bar is 1:00 a.m. and is strictly adhered to. No exceptions. The hall is to be cleared by 2 a.m. There is an overstay charge of $250 per hour after 2 a.m.
The “Terry Gorman” Hall has a stage, the use of our kitchen and a bar area. It has a maximum sit-down capacity of 110.
The “Vince Bailey” Hall is for those smaller, intimate functions with a bar area. Maximum seating is 90 people. Full hall will accommodate up to 250 people.
Pricing includes set up and use of our tables and chairs, washing of floors after event, Wi-Fi, coat check room and free parking.
Smaller meeting rooms for groups of 2-10 and a classroom for seating up to 25 are also available for rent. We offer a 25% discount for non-profit and charity groups.
