Distress Centres

These help lines are manned by volunteers trained in active listening, suicide and crisis intervention. They provide strictly confidential, friendly, emotional support for callers in distress and can provide referrals to community resources as necessary. This is a FREE service. If you are in DANGER, call 911 immediately. If you need urgent medical or psychiatric attention go to your nearest hospital.
